Allied for Wellbeing is designed specifically for nonprofit and social impact professionals to provide guided, intentional, reflective time to evaluate, refocus and make a plan of action aligned with their work, life and wellness goals and vision.

This an opportunity to let go, be led, and to tune into ourselves, then put our insights into a plan of action for our own, and our collective, wellbeing AND impact.

DETAILS

Engaging guided group sessions provide structure and dedicated time and space for participants to restore and reflect and map out aligned actions for their work and wellbeing.

Each session includes self-awareness practices to calm, refocus, and shift energy for greater clarity, focus and wellbeing.

The intention is for participants to walk away with clarity and a plan of where to focus their time and energy, and to make choices aligned with their unique goals and vision for their personal wellbeing and their professional impact.
